Join our growing community of Maine hustlers and makers, based in our 6000 square foot prime, high traffic retail space in the heart of Freeport, Maine, nestled in the center of a thriving town full of unique shops & restaurants, with thousands of visitors each day (3.5 million per year, to be exact).

We are seeking the best in handmade: jewelry, men's and women's accessories, apothecary, apparel, home goods, artwork, illustration, bath & body, pre-packaged food and beverages and more! Unfortunately we cannot accept applicants selling children’s clothing, cannabis or liquor at this time. Preference will be for unique, stand out brands with a strong visual presence on website & social media. 

 

Market Information: 

Opening a store by yourself is a challenging and daunting process. Often the rents are too high for individual businesses to pay. Collectively, our vendor community pays the rent on Freeport market, and also a nominal fee for the running of the store. Overall this generally plays out to be a better deal all round, and less than the 50% wholesale price most places will pay for your work. We have rates to fit all size businesses, from shelf rates to square footage rates.
