No tents are allowed inside, All set ups brought in must be “free standing” & must not damage walls or flooring in the space, we do have a limited number of shelves available on a first come basis for the wall spaces. WiFi is provided, but it isn’t super high speed, so I recommend being connected to your own cellular as a back up for online sales for weekend sellers. Set up is saturday at 10am. Break down starts at 5 pm.
You are responsible for staffing & selling your products if opting for the “work your own booth” option BUT agree that if you’re not at your booth during business hours (bar a quick break for bathroom or such), any sales that default to the central register run by Freeport market will incur a 20% service charge. Sales taken via this register will be paid out monthly, via check, by the 4th of the month following the sale.
On site vendors are required to have event insurance that has $2M in coverage. You can buy inexpensive, event coverage online, for instance https://www.actinsurance.com. Please email info@freeportmarket.me a copy of your insurance certificate before your first day at the market. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
